DUST Search - How do you all feel about dust now?

DUST is what it is. And lots of us who have been here a long time think we remember what DUST was, but that's not what we remember.

I've looked back recently at what DUST was. It looks awful. It performed way worse. There was a lot more imbalance.

What we remember was the feelings we had about the game and the fights and the crowd. That's what we feel when we 'remember'. Because the game, right now, is better developmentally and performance-wise than its ever been.

What we need now is that feeling back.

Now....how do we get that back.....hmmmmmmm

We get a bunch of new players a crowd of hungry noobs and vets trying to prove themselves to each other the prospect of making and fighting other corps. Nothing has changed just the player base is based now. A whole bunch of player created content outlining the history/lore of dust as well as detailing stratagem and relevant things about the game would help a lot, all we have atm is qq/wow threads that have featherweight content.

It's kinda shoddy. It doesn't have the full support of its parent company and its being run by a tiny squad of rebels behind a great wall. But its still the game that brings you back. After Destiny, after ESO, after Planet..whatever....if you are reading this then its the game that brings you back. Or, rather the feeling of being in that community with stuff going on. That's what we're bringing back. And face it, bittervets, WE are the only ones who have any hope of bringing it back. But yah, DUST could be gone next summer. Port? Who knows? Whoever knows ain't talking. So, yah - play it like you stole it cuz this could be the last great summer/fall season. Or maybe we'll do it again next year. But the game is working well. Jerome, Let me tell you a story. It's a short one because it's not finished yet. Tell me if you've heard this one before.... The Amaar made us. We fought back. Mordu kept us. We fought each other. We broke out and settled upon the Heath. Many many clones died as we made our history. We haven't fully settled into our new immortality and one of the side-effects of eternal tramatic stress is a deep morose boredom with life. So we started to give up and dream inside our clones instead of doing what we do best. A great warrior was woken from his dream. His name was 501st Headstrong. He was called to raise an enormous army that would rise like a tide and crest like a great wave and wash over Molden Heath with titanic destruction.
